The answer can vary depending on the city and county of the project. Generally speaking, you would need, a full set of architectural plans (floor plans, elevation plans, section plans, container cut-out plans), Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing plans, and structural plans to pull permits.
Yes, we can surely develop your concept further into a full set of permit drawings.
Depending upon the scale and complexity of the project, planning and engineering can take 15 days to 3 months. We will provide you an ETA while send in you a quote.
Yes, we can assist you with structural engineering. Just share your project details with us, and we will get back to you with every assistance.
You should start the planning and permitting phase of your project at least 8 to 9 months before the date of commencement of construction. This strategy will provide you an ample of time to creatively engage with your project and manage all the logistics of the preparation process like purchasing containers, finalizing builders, etc.
It is generally advised to purchase the land before starting the planning phase of the project. However, if you do not want to waste the time, we can start by developing concept plans for the project. This process generally takes about three weeks. Once the concepts are ready and the land is finalized, we can work towards marrying both together.
