The first floor is carved out of four 40’ High Cube shipping containers, each measuring 40’ x 8’, arranged parallel to each other. The total indoor habitable area of the first floor is 1280 square feet. The first floor features a living area, kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a patio, and a pool.
